Tiled throughout, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room in unit.  A short walk down the street to the beach, private staircase direct to resort pool, screened in lanai and open terrace with plenty of shade to relax under palm trees, and listen to the waterfall while having your morning coffee. The living has a 40" Smart TV, 26" Flat in the primary bedroom, 37" Flat in the guest bedroom and a 29" Flat in the second guest bedroom.

Regatta of Vanderbilt is a prime location for all your vacation needs.  This gated community is about a 2 block walk to the public beach access at the end of Vanderbilt Beach Road.  Regatta offers an array of amenities such as 2 pools (a resort style pool with water fall and a quiet pool), spa, clubhouse, exercise room, wading pool, gazebo and 2 grills.  Less than a mile away, at the Pelican Bay Community Park, there are 20 pickleball courts, 6 lighted tennis and bocce courts and more.  There are also 8 restaurants within walking distance from the Regatta.

***All reservations made between January 1 and April 30 must be Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for special requests. Reservations must be made more than 25 days prior to arrival.  Any reservation booked online within 25 days of arrival will be cancelled.***  

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must complete a separate application process for Regatta.  This is done through their online platform, TenantEvaluation. Guests must pay $150 application fee through this platform as well.
